The HR department implements the human resources management strategy. HRM is a strategic and comprehensive approach to employee management and organizational culture and the environment. It focuses on the recruitment, management and general direction of people working in an organization.

 
By recommending management processes, approaches, and work solutions, HR is increasingly involved in improving the organization's workforce.  HR departments of large companies have moved away from traditional HR, management and operational functions since the early 20th century. 


Companies use this feature to free up the department to recommend and implement meaningful and value-added programs that have a positive impact on performance.
