COMPULSORY MEDICAL INSURANCE

      Deductions for compulsory health insurance are regulated by the Law on Compulsory Medical Insurance. Thus, for the persons specified in paragraphs 15-2.3.1 and 15-2.3.2 of the Law on Compulsory Medical Insurance, the insured and the insurer pay 2% of the salary. fee is charged.

Until January 1, 2022, a 50% discount is applied.

 According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 136 dated April 10, 2020, the application of compulsory medical insurance in the country is carried out in 3 stages. The sequence of regional application in the country is as follows:
1. From January 2020 in the cities and regions of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, in the city of Mingachevir, Gusar, Khachmaz, Guba, Shabran, Siyazan, Khizi, Gobustan, Ismayilli, Agsu, Shamakhi, Balakan, Zagatala, Gakh, Sheki, Oguz, Gabala, In Goychay, Ujar, Zardab, Kurdamir, Yevlakh and Agdash districts
2. From January 2021 in the cities of Ganja, Naftalan and Shirvan, Gazakh, Agstafa, Tovuz, Shamkir, Gadabay, Dashkasan, Samukh, Goygol, Goranboy, Khojaly, Beylagan, Khojavend, Agjabadi, Lachin, Barda, Fuzuli, Agdam, In Tartar, Kalbajar, Astara, Lankaran, Lerik, Yardimli, Masalli, Jalilabad, Neftchala, Bilasuvar, Jabrayil, Salyan, Imishli, Saatli, Sabirabad and Hajigabul districts
   3. 2021 in Baku, Sumgayit, Khankendi, Absheron, Gubadli, Zangilan and Shusha districts since April.
